Justice of the Peace

Brentwood Pharmacy has a Justice of the Peace on staff who is able to perform a range of duties and responsibilities – most commonly including witnessing of documents such as Affidavits, Statutory Declarations, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wills

There are approximately 3025 justices of the peace of varied nationalities and cultural backgrounds, living in all parts of WA, who volunteer their services to provide an integral link in the judicial system.

Justices of the peace are appointed by the Governor who authorises them to carry out a wide range of official administrative and judicial duties in the community.
